STACK IT / DATA CONTROL

Delete your Stack It data

Last updated 4 October 2026

There is no Stack It player account to close. Local game data and provider-held records need different steps.

1. Understand what will be lost

Full local removal deletes game progress, stars, records, settings, coins, rewards, local diagnostics and the locally stored age choice. Progress and earned coins cannot be restored from an Insodec server. This edition offers no real-money purchases. Any older local ownership or purchase-delivery records are also removed; deleting local app data does not erase independent records held by a store.

2. Remove data from your device

  • Android: open the device's Settings, select Apps, Stack It, then Storage or Storage & cache, and choose Clear storage or Clear data. Names differ by manufacturer. You can then uninstall the app if you no longer want it.
  • iPhone or iPad: choose Delete App, not Offload App, to remove the app and its local data. Review iCloud or other device-backup settings separately if you want to remove retained backup copies.

Restoring a device backup may bring local data back. Use your device or backup provider's controls for those copies. The in-game Reset Progress action is only a progression reset; it keeps coins, unlocked skins and prior reward records.

3. Request deletion of information you sent us

Email info@insodec.com.au with “Stack It data deletion” in the subject. Describe the support messages or other records you want removed, using the same email address where possible. You do not need to create an account or pay to make a request.

We may ask for limited information to locate the records or verify the request. Do not send passwords, government identity documents, card details or raw purchase tokens. Local progress that has never left your device cannot be erased by us remotely.

Records needed for a legal obligation, security, fraud prevention or an unresolved dispute may need to be retained. We will explain relevant limitations when responding. Our retention policy is otherwise to remove or de-identify information when it is no longer needed.

4. Advertising, store and hosting records

Uninstalling Stack It does not erase records held independently by Google, Apple or hosting providers. Review their privacy controls or contact the relevant provider for those records. Where available, change advertising consent in the game's About screen before uninstalling, and use your device's advertising-identifier controls.

Read the Stack It Privacy Policy for the data map and retention information. For help, visit Stack It player support.
