1. Scope and contact
This policy covers the Stack It mobile game for Android and iOS, its support communications and these Stack It pages. Stack It is provided by Insodec, an independent software studio in Australia. Contact info@insodec.com.au for privacy questions or requests. The game is free; monetization uses optional rewarded ads, not in-app purchases.
2. What stays on your device
The game stores progress, level stars, records, coins, earned rewards, cosmetic ownership, settings and a broad age-group choice locally. It asks for an age group, not a birth date. There is no Stack It account, cloud-save service or developer-operated remote gameplay analytics service.
A limited, rotating gameplay event log and a local error log help diagnose problems. They are not automatically uploaded. If you choose “Share support diagnostics”, the system share sheet lets you send gameplay events, frame timings and filtered game error locations to a recipient you select. This export excludes purchase receipts and raw error messages.
3. Optional advertising
Stack It offers optional rewarded ads, not banner, automatic interstitial or app-open ads. Choosing an ad is separate from any consent choice required for advertising data processing. Ads are requested as non-personalised and with a G-rated content setting.
Non-personalised does not mean no data is processed. Google Mobile Ads and its service providers may handle IP addresses and approximate location inferred from them, device or advertising identifiers where permitted, ad views and interactions, product interactions, and SDK diagnostic or performance information. This supports ad delivery, measurement, reporting, security and fraud prevention. The SDK may request or preload an ad before you choose to watch it, after applicable age and consent checks. The game does not request precise location.
The advertising provider remains disabled until an age-group choice is made. For players who select “Under 16”, the game requests child-directed treatment; the stronger child setting takes precedence over the separate under-age-of-consent setting. For the older group, Google's consent process is shown where required. Android advertising-ID permission is removed in this edition. When the advertising service requires it, review choices through “Advertising privacy choices” on the game's About screen. Withdrawing consent does not undo earlier processing.
For provider information, read Google's Privacy Policy and its advertising information. Applicable device privacy settings can restrict or reset advertising identifiers.
4. Free gameplay and earned rewards
There are no real-money purchases, subscriptions or paid levels in this edition. Coins are earned in the game and can unlock cosmetics. Optional ads may offer a tower recovery or bonus coins, as described by the displayed offer.
This edition does not initialize a store billing SDK or send receipts to a purchase-verification service. An update preserves any older local cosmetic ownership or delivery records rather than silently erasing them. Full local-data removal also removes those records.
5. Other online features and support
When configured, the game retrieves feature settings over HTTPS, such as whether ads or sharing are available. Remote settings cannot enable real-money purchases. It sends no gameplay log with this request, but the hosting service receives the connection information needed to serve it.
Sharing a result is your choice. A shared image or link can contain your score, game mode and a challenge seed. The app or recipient you choose handles that content under its own policies. Opening a website link also sends ordinary connection information to its host.
If you email support, we receive your email address, message and any screenshots or diagnostics you choose to attach. We use them to answer your question, troubleshoot the game or respond to privacy requests. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, government identity documents or raw purchase tokens.
These Stack It pages do not add advertising pixels, an analytics SDK or a registration form. The website host may process access and security information needed to deliver and protect the site.
6. Providers, security and international processing
Google, Apple, our website hosting provider, and the email service used for support process information needed for their services. Information may be processed outside Australia or your home country. The safeguards, retention and rights available depend on the provider and applicable law.
Configured game-to-service connections use HTTPS. Our access-control policy limits support and operational data to people who need it to provide the service. No system can guarantee absolute security.

7. Retention and deletion
Local saves remain until app data is removed; device backups may retain a separate copy. The local gameplay and error logs rotate as their size limits are reached. Any legacy local ownership or purchase-delivery records remain until the app's local data is removed; this edition does not transmit them.
Our retention policy is to keep support correspondence only while needed to address the enquiry and related follow-up, disputes, security or legal obligations, and to delete or de-identify information no longer needed for those purposes. Ask us about a specific record or request its deletion using the contact above. A provider may retain its own billing, advertising, connection or security records under its policy or legal obligations; deleting the game does not delete those records.
See the Stack It data-deletion instructions. The in-game progress reset is not a full data-deletion tool: it preserves coins, unlocked skins and previously earned reward records.
8. Young players and privacy rights
Stack It is intended for a mixed audience aged three and above. The game uses the age-group treatment described above rather than collecting a birth date. Parents or guardians can contact us about a child's information or use device parental controls for advertising. Store age ratings describe content and are not a substitute for privacy safeguards.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion or information about processing, or to object to or restrict some processing. Contact us with “Stack It privacy request” in the subject. We may need limited information to identify records and understand the request, but cannot identify local progress we have never received. You can also contact the relevant provider or privacy regulator.
9. Changes
We will update this page and its date when Stack It's practices change. Adding accounts, cloud saves, advertising partners or remote analytics requires corresponding policy and in-game disclosure updates. This policy does not remove any rights you have under applicable law.
